SSFAC continued their winning streak Sunday when they clobbered South Bay FC 7-2. Greg Hui found the net for his 1st goal of the season and helped get the boys off to a good start. Martin Wright tallied soon thereafter to increase the lead to two. SBFC then rallied with a goal from the run of play and also from a penalty kick to even the score at 2-2. South City then showed their composure and ran off 5 unanswered goals to run away with the win. Jack Blackley, and Philippe Gradt scored to give the team some cushion, and then Nico Giovannelli recorded a natural hat trick with 3 goals of his own to finish the scoring. Stellar play was turned in by Kieran Lade, Eric Holman, Jesus De Haro and Blackley as they controlled the midfield. The defense also received outstanding play from Robbie Miranda, Alan Grady, Fernando Costa and Goal Keeper Adrian Monroy. South City put heavy pressure on SBFC all match as Franz Tschimben, who had an assist and drew the foul that created Giovannelli's free kick goal, and Carlos Ballesteros along with Ethan Heil providing great support up front.
