Coach Djimbaye Andemel

                    

Djimbaye began his incredible journey playing High School soccer for Lycee Francais Rene Descartes in Kinshasa, D.R. Congo before moving to the state of Maryland in 2006 where he began his collegiate studies. There he attended and played for Montgomery College, competing in Region 20 of the NJCAA, winning the region championship in 2008 before being named captain of the team the following year. In 2010, Djimbaye was recruited by Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, CA. to compete in the Pac West Conference of the NCAA  2nd Division where he played the final 2 years of his collegiate career
 
After College, Djimbaye joined the adult squad of Los Gatos PSA Storm (later the PSA Royals) for 3 years, competing in the Premier Division of the NorCal League, and tournaments such as the Verizon Alianza Cup and the US Open Cup Preliminaries
 
In the 2016-17 season, Djimbaye joined SSFAC becoming a standout defender for the team. This season the team is currently playing in the PSL Regional Division of Liga NorCal and Djimbaye is not only a major contributing player, but also serves as the teams Assistant Coach and has helped mold the teams defense into a very cohesive unit.
